Programme Director of Marketing, Brand and Communications
Farzam is the Programme Director and leads the Marketing, Branding, Business, Event, and Music Business Management courses at the Epsom School of Creative Business, Fashion and Enterprise.
Bio
Farzam is an experienced academic and higher‑education leader with 17 years of experience in UK universities, including Greenwich, Hertfordshire, Gloucestershire, Teesside, and Bath Spa University London. As Course Director at Bath Spa University’s London campus, he led all programme delivery, managed academic and professional staff, and oversaw nearly 900 students. His teaching career spans roles from visiting lecturer to senior lecturer and programme leader, covering subjects such as Leadership, Business Strategy, International Business, Marketing, Management, and Cross‑Cultural Management. He has taught from Foundation to MBA level and supervised more than 300 dissertations.
He was a PhD researcher in International Business and Economics at the University of Greenwich. His academic background includes an MA in Business and Management and a BA (Hons) in International Management–Marketing from Anglia Ruskin University, studies in Marketing and Economy at the Business College in Copenhagen, and a Certificate in Cross‑Cultural Management from Saxon University in the Netherlands.
Alongside academia, he has international industry experience in marketing and consultancy across Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He is also the author of the international political thriller Shadow of an Empire: A Divine Mission to Ignite the World.
